We believe that patient care can only be ensured by providing opportunities to staff nurses for continuing nursing education and professional development therefore, AMTF is planning to have Department of Nursing Education Services in future. This department will work for designing and implementing in house as well as external training sessions that are deemed essential for dealing critical care patients. Moreover, it will also encourage them to adopt best clinical practices and identifying innovative approach for problem solving by rationale judgment.

Furthermore, AMTF is also planning to initiate 1 year Specialized Diploma in Hematology Nursing Program that will be one of its kind program in Pakistan as this will prepare nurses to work as specialized hematology nurse. We believe that through education and mentoring we are committed to developing expert hematology nurse clinicians and future leaders.
