By the Grace of Almighty (SWT) Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation (AMTF) is entering into new phase of its journey. AMTF expansion phase comprises of development of a new laboratory, day care and blood bank. Our aim is to cater more patients with sustainability in the quality.
Our team working hard to provide 24hrs services to our patients. We are thankful to our donors, volunteers & supporters for having the confidence on AMTF.
AMTF concept “OUR PATIENTS ARE OUR GUESTS” has been guiding element in our quest to improve the standard of care and to respect children suffering with blood disorders.

AMTF is Pakistan first 24hrs cashless hospital almost 45 bedded providing treatment facilities to more than 1,400 thalassemia and blood disorder patients at par with the international standards since 2003.
Help Dr. Asim Qidwai, Founder and CEO of AMTF continue to sustain his novel concept of Saving a Life in Front of My Eyes (SALIFOME), where blood donors and blood transfusion recipients can build a bond by having the blood donation area and blood receiving area opposite to each other in order for building an emotional bond between recipients and donors, hence keeping the donor pool intact.![]()
